We started in the direct marketing industry, spearheading a BPO that provided 24/7 contact center and customer relationship management services for Fortune 1000 companies.

 

After learning the ins and outs of the BPO industry, we saw an opportunity to bring a workforce optimization solution to the market, which was designed to make contact centers more efficient.

 

Next, we launched a SaaS application, which was a global provider for contact centers of all sizes. It delivered a complete cloud-based suite and automated everything from workforce management to quality assurance to agent analytics and more. Once it was acquired, we took our expertise to the next level, launching CRC Technology.
